Two-factor authentication

Enable 2FA in Settings → Security the moment you open your account. You'll confirm each login with a code sent to your registered phone number or email, blocking unauthorised access.

Data retention

We retain your account history, transaction records and identity documents only for the duration required by regulation in your region. You can request deletion of certain non-essential data anytime.

Payment tokenisation

Your DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS credentials are never stored. Each deposit and withdrawal uses a one-time token, so your payment app remains secure even if our systems were compromised.

When you close your account, we immediately disable login access. We retain transaction records and identity documents only as long as local regulation requires—typically 5–7 years for financial compliance. You can request permanent deletion of non-essential personal data anytime by contacting [email protected].

Every withdrawal request triggers identity verification. We'll ask for a photo of your government-issued ID, a selfie matching the ID, and confirmation of your registered payment method. Once verified, your withdrawal clears to your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account within 24 hours. You'll see a timestamped record in your account history.
